Replace them with more descriptive terms.Readers and search engine robots respond well to short, clear and concise sentence structure. 

Reasonable Volume:
Some believe that a large volume of text may also be important.  However, make sure your content is meaningful and not repetition of the material contained in the topic sentence.  Take a few moments to outline your key points for each page or post before hitting the keyboard. 

Including keywords is a good idea, but only when they add to the value of your piece.Look for opportunities to include keywords in these areas.Avoid using keyword phrases in a fashion that you wouldn’t naturally use in a conversation.
